ROOM FOR YOUR
AMBITION.

Talk directly about the parts your customers need, the standards you work to and where your business is heading.

We manufacture wooden stair components in Vietnam and welcome buyers of every size. Start with a focused selection, develop your own collection or discuss an ongoing container programme.

Order quantities are reviewed by product. Tell us what you need, even if you are still working out your first order.

YOUR SIZE DOES NOT DEFINE YOUR IMPORTANCE

SMALL BEGINNINGS.
MULTIPLE CONTAINERS.
THE SAME WELCOME.

From an independent business developing its first order to an established importer sourcing multiple containers every month, we want to understand your business and earn your trust.

We want to meet every client. Your order size does not decide whether you deserve our time. Your products, your ambitions and the relationship we build together do.

HOW WE BUILD THE PARTNERSHIP

KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.

A clear route from an initial conversation to an agreed order — and the next stage of your supply.

01

Your business first

Tell us who you supply, the parts you need and the destination. First orders and multi-container programmes both start with understanding your business.

Start with references, market and estimated quantities.

02

Build the product brief

Choose catalog profiles or share your design. Review wood, dimensions, finish, packaging and the points that matter to your customers.

Define the range and the details to confirm.

03

Review samples & terms

Discuss samples and approval criteria alongside quantities, production timing, payment and shipping arrangements.

Agree product and commercial requirements before committing.

04

Prepare your production

Confirm specifications and approved references. Align inspection, labels and packing with the way your business receives and sells the parts.

Use the agreed production and packing brief as your reference.

05

Plan repeat supply

Coordinate destination and shipping responsibilities. Use your feedback and forecast to plan the next order.

Build a supply plan that can grow with you.

BUILT AROUND HOW YOU SELL

YOUR RANGE.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

A coordinated collection

Discuss posts, balusters, handrails, fittings and treads together, with compatible profiles and an agreed appearance.

Your custom profiles

Bring drawings or existing references. Review dimensions, materials and sample requirements with the factory team.

Packaging for your business

Tell us about your labels, carton quantities and branding needs. Confirm available packing arrangements for your order.

A plan for repeat orders

Share your forecast and destination. Discuss repeat specifications, lead times and shipment planning as demand develops.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER.

Are we too small to work with you?

No business is too small to start a conversation. Minimum quantities depend on the component, material and production requirements. Share your intended order and we will review it with you.

Can you discuss multiple containers every month?

Yes. Share your product mix, destination and forecast so we can discuss capacity, scheduling and shipment requirements for your programme.

Do we have to visit before ordering?

You can start remotely by sharing your brief and discussing samples. We would love to meet you in Vietnam when a visit works for your business.

What should we send for an initial enquiry?

Product references or photos, approximate quantities, delivery country and any wood or finish requirements. Still exploring? Tell us your market and what you want to achieve.

What about lead times, payment and shipping?

These are agreed for your order, based on products, material availability, quantities and destination. Discuss them during quotation so responsibilities are clear before committing.
