Do I need to travel to Vietnam?
No. You can begin remotely. A factory visit is an opportunity to meet, explore production and review your project in person.
How do I use the 3D Stair Studio?
Choose a layout, dimensions, materials and components. Rotate the view and explore parts, then select “Discuss this configuration” to include your design in an enquiry.
Is the 3D staircase ready to manufacture?
The studio creates a visual project brief. Final dimensions, component compatibility, structural requirements and local building regulations need technical review before production or installation.
What are the lead times and shipping arrangements?
These depend on your specifications, quantities and destination. Include your target timing and delivery country so the team can review the requirements with you.
